I want to know that the detail of the construction steps from the letter of acceptance of the tender project until the possession of site to the client. Because I need the knowledge to perform a work breakdown structure and the CPM. So anyone could help?

I live near New York but havent had a chance visit in a while and would like to see how the construction is going, and when is it going to be done?
I dont want blueprints just pictures to see how things are comming along. This is the second time I have posted this question since the first time I didn't really get the answer I wanted, and both times I have gotten really rude responses… I think people are overreacting to an innocent question.

My client hase asked me to prepaire two proposals for construction of an offshore platform. First one without cost of welding electrode and second one, including the cost of electrode.

I've been trying to find online how many people died during the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge but it keeps saying 11 people then 10 more people?? does that mean 21 altogether or is it just 11?
