Downtown, there seems to be a road reconstruction project going on, but it looks like the construction people don't know what the hell they are doing. They tore up half side of the road and yet don't place cones out to keep drivers from driving over the badly damaged road. What the hell are they thinking? Why aren't they blocking off that part of the road? What can I do about it? Is there some place where I can file a enraged complaint on those people? I drive through downtown every night and I kept having to driving over all those really really rough streets. How can I find out the retard that is managing that construction project and find him and give him an a$s kicking?
