We have a company going up next to our house and they have turned an old house and its yard into a parking lot and store. They are in mid construction right now. Can they legally tell us we cannot park on city streets because it is blocking a construction zone and or their driveway to their parking lot? There is nothing marking that it is either and they have not laid cement or asphalt to make it an official one. All we have is street parking so it would be nice to know if they have the authority to do this.

I don't want to deal with the 24hrs of squealing tires when people are driving around to the ATM machine. I currently have a 4ft fence and I am also not looking forward to the potential crime it can bring. Has anyone had to go to a planning commission meeting to argue against construction?

I live in a shared house with my landlord. he has started a construction in his house since last year and has made a lot of mess in front of my room. Now the construction finished but he hasn't clean the area.he is a good person but this condition really made me nervous as I feel that I live in a construction zone! do I have this right to protest him and ask him to clean the area?
