What do you think of teen girls in construction?

My boyfriend is 15 and makes $10 an hour working construction. I have been trying to find babysitting jobs but with no luck. There is always construction going on and it doesnt seem to hard to find. Would someone allow a 15 year old girl to work in the construction field? I am a hard worker and I do all of the yardwork and fix things in my own house. I just seems like the best opportunity and dont tell me not to bcuz im a girl. Im so tired of that!
