How would I find my local Union Hall for finding a Union Construction Job?

My fiance has been a concrete finisher for years for residential work in his brothers Construction Company, and he wants to find a job in the Union but we are new to Seattle and not sure where to go for Union Jobs. Any help would be apreciated. Thank you.
